Marie Macklin C.B.E joins Strathblair Associates as Strategic Advisor
Marie Macklin C.B.E. has announced that she is to act as Strategic Advisor to Strathblair Associates, which offers specialist boardroom-level expertise to business owners, helping them to define then realise their personal and business ambitions.
Marie said: “To be asked by Gary and Richard to join Strathblair Associates as a strategic advisor is a fantastic opportunity to support and help drive their ambitions for the Strathblair brand as the first choice for business. Both them and the team of associates have years of diverse yet complementary backgrounds and skills, drawn from a range of industries and sectors.
“Together we have the hands-on experience of running businesses and have faced the day-to-day challenges whilst still thinking strategically about the longer term. This is our strength and we believe this collective experience is invaluable to the business community. We want businesses to thrive in Scotland and the UK and I look forward to working with the team driving opportunities for all.”
Gary Deans of Strathblair Associates said: “We are delighted that Marie has agreed to be part of our team. Marie's business knowledge and strong focus on growing our economy is an invaluable resource, and her help and advice to Strathblair has been hugely beneficial.”
